| Join us each Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. This cardio class will get your heart pumping with new and exciting conditioning exercises that will incorporate almost every muscle. New members are encouraged throughout the session. All classes are open to men, women and children ages 14 and up. $40 for 10 sessions or $60 for a month unlimited. |

Join them at 12:05pm at Super Valu on Main Street in Bowman as they walk north on main street towards the long term care parking lot for a community lunch. Everyone is invited.
